Procter & Gamble Artistic 'Gallerist' Advertising Campaign in Men's Health

New York, NY / Men's Health (MH) Magazine and The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) curated a 'Gallerist' advertising campaign showcasing P&G's award-winning consumer men's grooming products featured in the MH’s Winners Playbook.
An artistic gallerist when it comes to capturing some of the most iconic photography images, top celebrity photographer and commercial photographer Michael Grecco was retained to lead this award-winning creative advertising and marketing collaboration between Men's Health (MH) Magazine and The Procter & Gamble Company (PG).
"I've worked with Michael Grecco for 22 years. I consistently go back to Michael because he has such an eye and such a talent that you really can't put your finger on it," said Jeff Griffith, Creative Director of Marketing and Advertising for Men's Health Magazine.
Tripoli Patterson was a natural as "The Gallerist" for the Men's Health Magazine Winners Playbook. A combination of Patterson’s first name ‘Tripoli’ (‘Trip’ for short), along with his career choices of simultaneously owning Tripoli Gallery (an art gallery in New York) while also being an East Coast Surfing Champion, topped off, literally, with his trademark hair style, makes Patterson truly an original, just like the art he features in his gallery.

The Men’s Health 'Winners Playbook' features three winners in their respective fields that share with readers what drives their success. Advice coming straight from professional men at the top of their game. The playbook is positioned as a must read for every guy who's in it to win it.
“My hair style is definitely unique. It says a lot about who I am. Down to earth, unpretentious and comfortable in my own skin,” said Tripoli Patterson when asked about his hair and overall style.

These P&G grooming and personal hygiene products were named Best Shampoo, Best Body Wash and Best Toothpaste respectively, by Men's Health Magazine.
“This was a fun photoshoot with a cool vibe. We shot at Tripoli Gallery, making Trip an original work of art, on display in his own art gallery. Mixing Trip’s surfer dude vibe with his outrageous hair and beach flip flops, combined with a stylish men’s suit to show his professional gallery owner side, while standing atop an art pedestal, we captured some great imagery,” said Grecco.
